A Belgian organic beer whose fruity aroma and red colour won´t leave you indifferent. So prepare your palate to feel the exclusive texture of our organic toasted almond, the joyful acidity experience of the lemon sauce and the unique taste of Ginette our special guess.

Ingredients (almond chicken):

  • 800g chicken breast cut into strips
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100g cornstarch
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 200g toasted organic almond
  • 400g frying oil
  • Ingredients (lemon sauce):
  • 150g lemon juice
  • 70g white wine vinegar
  • 100g water
  • 15g cornstarch
  • A pinch of sugar

  • Frying pan
  • Blender

Time: 1 Hour

Step 1 – Making the “decoration”

Before we start cooking, we should organize everything to prevent from getting everything dirty and don´t lose efficiency while we are cooking this recipe. First of all we are going to make the lemon juice ( 3 lemons are enough for this), chop the toasted organic almond ( to blanch almonds put them in hot water for 10 minutes), and beat the 3 eggs.

Step 2 – Getting the meat ready

With the previous step organised, add salt to the chicken breast strips and dip them in the beaten eggs, the cornstarch and the chopped organic toasted almonds. After that heat the oil in the frying pan and deep fry the chicken till it is brown and take it off to a tray where we will serve it on the table.

Step 3 – Lemon sauce

To make the sauce, we will put in a pot the lemon juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, water, and 15g corn snatch. Reduce the broth for five minutes and, when ready, serve it in a gravy boat apart.

As you can see, it is a very quick recipe and it bring you a dish full or different flavours. It tastes awesome with a Ginette Natural Fruit beer. Enjoy it!
